If your song is selected you will be required to provide a high quality group photo, bio, complete contact information, professionally recorded version of your song in a WAV or AIFF format, and $200 USD (nonrefundable).
Bands selected to be featured on any compilation will receive 20 CDs for their personal use, promotion, or sales. Additional copies can be purchased for $5 US each, or $10 US if the CD is a double disk, plus shipping charges.
1) All compilations will initially be released on digital download sites such as iTunes Worldwide, CDBaby, Amazon Worldwide, MySpace Music, Spotify, etc. exclusively as a complete release. Individual songs will not be made available digitally.
2) If you own the rights to a video for the selected song Delinquent Records USA can place your video on our video page and help promote your video to international promotion companies at no additional cost to you.
3) Delinquent Records USA will pitch all songs on our comps to the film industry: action films, horror, background music, etc. You will have final approval of any offers.
